Duration: 3 Months Contract to Hire

Rate:
$41/hr on w2

Conversion Salary:
$90K/Annually

Job Description:

This position is for a digital analytics contractor that manages the endtoend integration lifecycle of diverse analytics tools, including Google Analytics, GA4, Meta, FullStory, Simon Data, Adobe Target, and Google Ads. The individual will have expertise in overseeing site tracking through Google Tag Manager (or Tealium), executing precise implementation of data layer code, and ensuring data accuracy through rigorous testing methods.
The individual works also as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders.
The individual will develop and document technical analytics requirements that guide developers in the effective implementation of tracking solutions.
The individual collaborates closely with business stakeholders to understand their unique tracking needs, providing ongoing support and guidance. The individual is committed to driving excellence in digital analytics integrations, ensuring accurate data collection, customizations, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Technology / Computer Science, Business or equivalent years of experience and training.

Training Requirements

Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics certified (nice to have)

Knowledge and skills

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple ongoing projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate to all levels of stakeholders and translate complex concepts in a way all knowledge levels can understand.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent problem solver with a great ability to trouble shoot, think outside of the box and resolve issues that occur in a timely manner.
Proficient understanding of data collection methodologies and strategies.

Technical Skills:

Analytics Tools: Google Analytics (or equivalent such as Adobe Analytics), GA4 (Google Analytics), Meta, FullStory, Simon Data, Adobe Target, Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, Google Tag Manager (or equivalent such as Tealium)
Additional Tools: OneTrust, UserWay, Jira, Firebase, ObservePoint, Charles Proxy, Google Tag Assistant, Adobe Target
Documentation: Ability to write technical specifications for analytics integrations that developers can follow providing clear and concise documentation for tracking implementations.
Testing and Debugging: Utilization of debugging tools for thorough testing such as ObservePoint, Charles Proxy, Google Tag Assistant or equivalent testing tools.
Programming Languages: Proficiency/familiarity in HTML, JavaScript and other relevant programming languages for technical implementations.

Job Experience

24 years of analytics experience or equivalent such as marketing, computer science or IT.
Demonstrated experience successfully implementing analytics managing all steps of the process from business requirements to configurations and validations.
Experience with

Integration Management:
End-to-end management of the integration lifecycle for analytics tools. Seamless integration of analytics solutions across various digital platforms.

Ability to write technical requirements and understand data analytics architecture.
Experience working in Agile or Waterfall processes and delivering within a timely manner.
Experience managing a website's tagging strategy and data collection.
Experience working with mobile app analytics.
