Estimator for Low Slope Roofing Systems - Bryan, United States - C&R Systems, Inc.

Description

This position is an estimating and sales position requiring a high attention to detail and a minimum of 5 years of verifiable low slope roof estimating and successful project closing experience or combination of the two.

• Have and build close relationships with General Contractors-Building Envelope Consultants & Building Owners.
• Navigate in online bidding platforms such as (Building Connected
• Construct Connect
• I Sq Ft to name just a few).
• Estimate TPO & PVC Roof Systems
• Multi Ply Systems
• Mod Bit Systems Additionally Metal Wall And Standing Seam Roof Systems will be an additional benefit but not required.
• Responsible to estimate the following project types: New Construction
• Additions and Renovations
• Low Slope Reroofs
• New Construction Standing Seam
• Metal Ove Metal Recover & Metal Retrofit.
• Be able on day one to effectively use online estimating programs such as Plan Swift The Edge
• On Screen Take Off. (Our Company Currently Uses Plan Swift). Training will be provided for Plan Swift Specific Use.
• Must be able to effectively operate all Microsoft 365 suites including: Word
• Excel
• Power Point
• Outlook.
• Must be familiar with a CRM such as Salesforce or other (CR Systems Uses Monday.

• Estimating at CR Systems requires the ability to bid projects with little assistance obtain vendor pricing labor cost equipment needs and review proposal with estimating manager and operations manager to ensure all basis are covered and profitability levels are acceptable.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read plans and specifications and interpret them. Send RFI'S if more information is needed.
• Computer Skills as noted in job description.
• Roof estimating experience as noted in job description.
• A valid driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years' experience (Or a combination of estimating and field experience).
• Provide a minimum of 3 prior trade references.
