Responsibilities:
Spearhead process improvement endeavors to enhance quality and reduce costs. Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to direct reports, establishing clear priorities and accountabilities. Cultivate a multidisciplinary team dedicated to lean manufacturing principles and continual enhancement in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. Drive continuous improvement programs, proactively identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies and best practices. Establish key process variables (KPVs) and devise robust control plans to ensure manufacturing excellence. Set departmental goals, objectives, and action plans aligned with company targets and timelines.
Key Characteristics:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, accompanied by over 10 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing settings. Profound expertise in disciplined engineering problem-solving methodologies to tackle intricate technical challenges. Proven track record in managing engineering teams, delivering exceptional results, and fostering a culture of excellence. In-depth knowledge of thermal manufacturing processes and proficiency in both manual and automated equipment.
