Department Overview:
The main focus of our department is real estate management and construction project and building management for our nationwide properties, totaling approximately 1,500,000 square meters of gross floor area.
As an internal service provider, our department is responsible for technical, infrastructure, and commercial facility management, including both our administrative buildings and external locations throughout the country, totaling 1 million square meters of gross floor area.
Responsibilities:
- Support the department head with administrative, personnel, and organizational tasks (such as creating duty and deployment schedules, maintaining and evaluating statistics on work orders, and assisting with recording building service requests)
- Contribute to quality improvement measures
- Administer the service portal for recording building service requests
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed office or administrative training
- Extensive professional experience in an office or administrative role, preferably in building management
