We are looking for a:

Operational Purchaser (m/f/d) for Organic Food Raw Materials & Private Label in 21031 Hamburg, full-time or part-time:

We are one of the largest organic importers in Germany. Since 1960, we have been importing, producing, and distributing natural and certified organic food. Frank Bode leads this successful family business in its second generation.

Our constantly growing company location now employs over 130 people.

Our core business is the import and processing of organic nuts, dried fruits, seeds, legumes, and grains, with a global reach.

We also package these raw materials under our own brand, BODE NATURKOST.

Your future responsibilities:


  • You monitor relevant procurement markets worldwide
  • You handle the entire ordering process for your raw materials and trade goods, from inquiry to delivery
  • You ensure the availability of goods and monitor delivery dates
  • You identify new suppliers and develop our supplier portfolio
  • You negotiate prices and contracts with our international suppliers
  • You work closely with our sales, quality assurance, and logistics departments

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed commercial training, preferably in wholesale and foreign trade
  • Committed and independent way of working
  • Team player, able to handle stress and flexible
  • Strong interest in organic food, ecology, and sustainability
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational talent
