For over 3 decades, we have been producing molded parts, packaging, housings, and technical parts made of EPP as a strong and growing medium-sized family business.

Our core business is the design, industrialization, and production of specific customer products in the automotive, climate control, medical technology, and transportation industries.

We are looking for an organized and open-minded individual to join our team at our location in Cadolzburg as a Purchasing Assistant (m/f/d).

We are seeking dedicated professionals who have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have experience in purchasing within a manufacturing company.

With a passion for operational and tactical purchasing, maintaining supplier relationships, and finding solutions for internal interfaces, you will also enjoy negotiating with potential suppliers.

You are known as a positive person who combines commercial thinking with problem-solving skills.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Purchasing Assistant (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities will include:

Independent ordering and procurement of goods and services according to specifications and purchasing criteria such as deadlines, quality, logistics, and costs
Recording and checking incoming invoices
Obtaining quotes and managing suppliers
Support for strategic purchasing and controlling
Preparation and, if necessary, conducting negotiations

Requirements:

Successfully completed apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or similar commercial background
Experience in purchasing in an industrial company or similar
Proficient in using an ERP system (specifically Navision)
