Your Contribution:


  • Ongoing review, reconciliation & clarification of accounts receivable, including conducting collections
  • Risk assessment in collections and timely initiation of measures to reduce defaults
  • Initiation, monitoring and completion of collection measures
  • Identification of customers with weak payment behavior and initiation of measures
  • Processing of insolvencies & monitoring of deadlines
  • Telephone & written communication with internal contacts, debtors, customers, lawyers, insolvency administrators, etc.
  • Participation in projects & process improvements
  • Professional mentoring of colleagues on collection & insolvency topics

What You Bring:


  • Completed training/studies as a tax clerk or completed commercial training or a comparable education
  • Professional experience in collections/credit management desired
  • Independent, structured & solutionoriented way
