As a reinforcement of our team, we are looking for a Sales Representative (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


Your tasks:
Sale of our residential properties Professional and customer-oriented advice to our potential buyers or success-oriented support of our customers throughout the sales process, from initial contact to contract conclusion, including appointment scheduling, conducting negotiations and concluding real estate purchase contracts Checking and maintaining sales documents (exposés)

Development and implementation of sales promotion and marketing activities Preparation and elaboration of building descriptions and division declarations Close cooperation with the technical property management (architects, construction management) What we expect:
Successfully completed commercial training or degree in real estate management (preferably with "specialist" additional qualification) Several years of experience in real estate sales, ideally in the new construction sector as well as in sales already in the planning stage of properties Good technical understanding High commitment and independent and responsible
