At Sozialwerk St. Georg e.
V., we provide services to enable people with assistance needs to live self-determined and equal lives in our society. We support around 4,500 people with assistance needs in North Rhine-Westphalia.


In the special living facilities of the Autism department in Gelsenkirchen, 30 people with assistance needs of all ages live.

The individual houses are designed as single-family homes and give clients the opportunity to be integrated into the surrounding neighborhood according to their needs.

We work according to the TEACCH approach.

Your tasks

  • Together with another specialist manager, you will take responsibility for a total of 5 teams, each with 810 employees. The content and organizational work is carried out in accordance with the facility's specialist concept and the "Quality of Life" concept.
  • You support and advise employees in planning and implementing assistance, crisis interventions, and prevention measures. You pay great attention to motivating, promoting, and developing employees.
  • Through your specialist controlling, you ensure the quality of the service process and documentation.
  • The BTHG is a foreign word to you and you are convinced of the potential that these changes bring. With your communication skills, you also inspire employees.
