Job Summary:
Warehouse Employee is responsible for the efficient and organized operation of a warehouse facility. This role involves various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and ensuring the smooth flow of products in and out of the warehouse, painting event décor related items, operating company vehicles (box trucks), loading/unloading trucks, driving company vehicles to event sites to ensure items arrive in a timely manner


Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Company Vehicles: Drive company box trucks as needed to deliver or pick up hard goods, make deliveries to event sites while keeping trucks organized, and assisting in any event needs

- must have valid driver's license with clean driving record.

• Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring that products are handled with care and attention to detail.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to ensure that products are properly accounted for.
• Stock Room Organization: Keep the stock room organized and orderly, ensuring that items are easily accessible and properly labeled.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and report any issues to management.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipment deadlines while maintaining a positive and cooperative work atmosphere.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in the warehouse, working with supervisors to find solutions.
• Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, including loading and unloading trucks, inventory management, and stock room organization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and recordkeeping.
• Strong problemsolving and organizational abilities.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands
• Must be able to work on your feet as well as stationary for at least 10 hours daily
• Fast paced movements are required
• Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, crouch and climb ladders

Pay Range:
$19-$25 Hourly
