Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Operate various saws, including chop saws, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Use nail guns to assemble components according to blueprints or instructions.
  • Handle plywood and other materials with care to avoid damage.
  • Operate cranes for material handling tasks (experience preferred but not required).
  • Assemble and build roof trusses according to specifications.
  • Use hand tools such as hammers and screwdrivers to complete tasks.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Willingness to undergo training and learn new skills as required.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to operate vehicles in the lumber yard (if applicable).

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience operating saws, nail guns, and other power tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
  • Valid driver's license (if applicable).
Working Hours: 6:00am-4:00pm
