Job Summary:
This position is responsible for handling customer service issues and related duties in the Customer Service department. This includes answering and resolving customer inquiries and processing orders. Will also be tasked to handle general office duties as needed.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:
_Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned._


Customer Service

  • Ensure the timely and accurate resolution of customer service issues, identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction while including appropriate parties in the decisionmaking process
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
  • Drive customer service excellence while handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow and build communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process and ensure accurate customer records
  • Establish firm understanding of products, processes, and customers
  • Other customer service tasks as needed

Order Processing - responsible for processing orders

  • Oversee and consolidate office label counts by product
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all labels that are created, shipped, and/or cancelled
  • Responsible for investigating shipping and/or labeling errors and rectifying them
  • Ensure all orders and tracking numbers are properly uploaded by EOD
  • Other data entry tasks as needed

Job Requirements _
Education and Experience:
_

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Abilities and Skills:_

  • Analytical reasoning skills and judgment as well as great attention to detail
  • Possess strong oral and written communications skills
  • Have the ability to effectively interact with people at all staff levels with a demonstrated "cando" approach and strong customer service focus
  • Have the ability to complete and followup on tasks in a timely manner and able to prioritize workload effectively
  • Take responsibilities seriously and actively contribute to the team
