    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    ProCare Therapy, a leading provider of educational and therapy services, is actively seeking a dedicated and qualified School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position in Wilmington, DE. If you are passionate about enhancing the communication skills of students and making a positive impact, we invite you to join our team.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments to evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication challenges.
    • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
    • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Delaware state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
    • Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    Requirements:

    • Valid Delaware state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Successful completion of a criminal background check and relevant screenings.
