    Description
    Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
    • Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
    • Location: Bolivia, North Carolina
    • School Setting: Join a dynamic educational team in a local school near Wilmington, NC, to provide speech and language services to students.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language disorders.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
    • Provide speech therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
    • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
    • Assist in the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language goals.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the school's multidisciplinary approach to student support.
    • Stay current with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • North Carolina state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Passion for helping students overcome communication challenges.
