Description
These are your tasks
- Procurement of easements and permission agreements in a timely and requirement-oriented manner in the course of the construction and restructuring of power supply systems
- Negotiating with contract partners to reach compromise solutions and alternatives, as well as calculating and negotiating compensation payments
- Attending on-site appointments and acting as a contact person for contract partners, lawyers, authorities, and notaries
- Area-specific support for planning approval procedures
- Enforcing claims and defending against apportionment and eviction demands
Qualifications
- Completed degree in electrical/engineering, business law, business administration, or a comparable field
- What is most important to us is that you are motivated and willing to take on new challenges in the field of contract management/land use - we are happy to support you in the professional training/development of this job profile
- Knowledge of project management
- Knowledge of real estate and property rights
- Ideally, knowledge of network operation, construction law, and the low-voltage connection regulation
- Excellent persuasive skills and negotiation strength
- Driver's license class B
