Then we want to hear from youOffice Managers are the liaison between Kimbrell's Furniture and our valued customers. Employees in these roles are responsible for communicating directly with customers.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, customer service, persuasion, and negotiation skills, as well as a mind for problem-solving to work with customers to resolve their debts and collect payment. A high level of attention to detail, confidentiality and excellent record keeping ensure that payment plans are recorded and followed as agreed. Bilingual is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Compensation: $ $18.00 per hour
