We are currently seeking a specialist for our human resources department at our main office in Bottrop, starting immediately or at a later date.

Your specific tasks will include:
You will actively participate in the day-to-day operations and handle ongoing personnel matters such as payroll accounting, contract changes, deadline management, vacation entitlements, time management, as well as maintaining and managing personnel files and company pension plans.
Requirements:
- Commercial education, ideally combined with a degree as a certified personnel specialist, tax clerk, or a similar qualification
- Several years of experience in personnel administration is an advantage
- Knowledge of Datev/Adison is desirable
- Good MS Office skills
- High social competence, sense of responsibility,
