WHAT YOU'


LL DO:

The HR Manager is responsible for helping everyone take a step closer to Jesus by providing both leadership and tactical execution to the human resource needs of gracespring's staff.

The role serves with dual reporting.

For most of the day to day, the HR manager works with the XP to foster healthy staff culture, resolve problems, update and implement policy, and care for the needs and well-being of staff including job performance matters, relational matters, and issues material to employment.

The role also has a direct line of report to the Elder Team to assist their responsibility of high level oversight of staff and organizational culture.

MUST HAVES FOR THIS POSITION:

• College Degree (Human Resources or related major is preferred)
• 5 years experience in Human Resources
• Proficiency in Excel, GoogleSuites, HRIS, comfortable with software tools for HR/payroll
