KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Assessment Administration and Coordination:


  • Coordinate and oversee the administration of assessments, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with educational standards and regulations.

Data Management and Reporting:


  • Collect, analyze, and organize assessment data to produce detailed and actionable reports.
  • Deliver assessment results to faculty and work collaboratively to interpret and utilize findings effectively.
  • Monitor outcomes and implementation of strategies for assigned assessments, creating periodic reports for Student Support Services and other stakeholders.

Learning and Development:


  • Deliver professional development sessions for teachers focused on understanding and supporting students with EAL, neurodiversity, and medical needs.
  • Develop instructional strategies and resources that engage learners and support faculty in enhancing classroom practices.

Collaboration and Strategy Development:


  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including faculty, administration, and external partners to develop effective strategies and support systems for assessing student learning.
  • Provide support and consultation to faculty members in developing individualized accommodations and instructional methods.

Compliance and Continuous Improvement:


  • Ensure that assessment practices are in compliance with educational standards, WPS handbook, and Title III laws.
  • Develop an understanding of new technologies and educational trends to continuously improve assessment and instructional practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Education
  • Focus area of differentiated Instruction would be beneficial
  • Proven experience in educational assessment, data analysis, and report generation.
  • Strong understanding of accommodations for diverse learning needs including EAL, neurodiverse students, and students with medical conditions.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and educational technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and changing educational environment.

Job Type:
Part-time

Expected hours: 25 per week


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
