The Role-

The Executive Assistant is responsible for:

  • Administering correspondence by managing incoming calls and walk-ins. Must be discrete, have excellent judgment, tact, and confidentiality.
  • High level administrative support for the Executive Team, to include managing travel arrangements, scheduling executives meetings, etc.
  • Manage inventory levels of office products and materials to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Marketing to include maintaining numerous websites, social media, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and highlevel customer and vendor focused support
  • Taking on miscellaneous projects from every department as needed

Qualifications:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Equipped with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in an office setting
  • Able to start promptly
  • Preferred
  • Work experience as Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant
  • Marketing experience preferred but not required
