Join Our Team at BEA Transit Technologies as a Sales Representative

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:

• Creating awareness and demand for our company's products and services.
• Identifying potential opportunities and effectively communicating the advantages and available opportunities to meet needs and interests.
• Maintaining communication with internal staff to ensure our efforts align with our objectives.
• Identifying potential clients using business directories, following up on existing leads, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
• Reaching out to potential clients, providing technical and administrative information about our products, and offering appropriate pricing to clients.
• Maintaining all documentation of budgets with accurate pricing and configurations.
• Monitoring market conditions, product innovations, and competitor products, pricing, and sales.
• Negotiating contract details and payments.
• Consulting with clients after sales or contract signing to resolve issues and provide ongoing support.
• Performing any other assigned tasks.

We offer two types of compensation plans for this position, it is important to mention that sales range from $350,000 to $2,000,000:

a) Basic Fixed Compensation + Commission:

• Basic gross fixed compensation of $1,500 per month.
• Commission per direct sales project of 1.8% of the total sale.
• Ongoing principal commission (residual) of 2.25% for the EaaS program.

b) Commission Only:

• Direct sales project commission ranging from 3% to 3.9% depending on performance.
• Ongoing principal commission (residual) of 3.65% for the EaaS program.
