Join Our Team at BEA Transit Technologies as a Sales RepresentativeIn this exciting role, you will be responsible for:
- Creating awareness and demand for our company's products and services.
- Identifying potential opportunities and effectively communicating the advantages and available opportunities to meet needs and interests.
- Maintaining communication with internal staff to ensure our efforts align with our objectives.
- Identifying potential clients using business directories, following up on existing leads, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
- Reaching out to potential clients, providing technical and administrative information about our products, and offering appropriate pricing to clients.
- Maintaining all documentation of budgets with accurate pricing and configurations.
- Monitoring market conditions, product innovations, and competitor products, pricing, and sales.
- Negotiating contract details and payments.
- Consulting with clients after sales or contract signing to resolve issues and provide ongoing support.
- Performing any other assigned tasks.
a) Basic Fixed Compensation + Commission:
- Basic gross fixed compensation of $1,500 per month.
- Commission per direct sales project of 1.8% of the total sale.
- Ongoing principal commission (residual) of 2.25% for the EaaS program.
b) Commission Only:
- Direct sales project commission ranging from 3% to 3.9% depending on performance.
- Ongoing principal commission (residual) of 3.65% for the EaaS program.
