Hi All,We are excited to share that we are adding a Admin/Payroll Assistant to our team. Please note that this is a hybrid position, you must be able to commute to work 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week during during off season (May
- December). During tax season you must be able to commute to work 4 days a week and work from 2 days a week (Jan-April).
Requirements:
- Process client's payroll
- Organize, conduct and schedule new and existing client meetings and appointments and followups
- Greet clients and take phone calls
- Provide general support to clients in the office
- Help with supporting the maintenance and upkeep of the office (ordering supplies, filing, scanning, creating reports, scheduling meetings etc.)
- Help with ad hoc projects (will be discussed during initial interview)
- Determined, motivated, fast learner and keen to grow and learn
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel etc.)
- Able to start immediately and comfortable working long hours during tax season
- Bengali speaking a plus
- Position based out of our Parkchester Bronx Office
