Your future responsibilities in West Brattleboro
- Independent planning and implementation of automation projects for continuous improvement of production processes and innovative manufacturing methods
- Establishment and expansion of automation systems in the field of robot handling
- Participation in cross-departmental projects with process, technical, and quality-oriented tasks, including taking on the role of project lead
- Design and supervision of process control systems (Siemens PCS7)
- Management of external engineering firms and service providers in the areas of automation and electrical engineering
What we are looking for
- Completed degree in engineering (university or technical college) with a specialization in automation technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in automation of process plants is desirable
- Ideally, knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens S7)
- Quick comprehension of complex issues and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner across departments
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
