Experience managing
university level requisitions (Internship and Full-Time) and intern programming

  • Technically savvy,
    experience with Workday or other ATS systems:
  • Ability to learn our core technologies and recruiting partners (students, university staff and faculty, campus teams, hiring managers, new hires, interns, and more).
  • Strong communication, networking & analytical skills
  • Experience in working with HBCUs [Historically Black Colleges & Universities] & HSIs [Hispanic Serving Institutions]

Must have Bachelors degree and 3 years of experience in Recruiting
