Controlling and Compliance Specialist (m/f/d) in full-time:

In the Controlling & Regulation department:

Your responsibilities:

Controlling tasks:

  • Creation and monitoring of profit, financial, and liquidity planning
  • Investment calculations and profitability assessments

Compliance tasks:

  • Development, implementation, and integration of compliance policies and processes
  • Identification, documentation, and evaluation of compliance risks
  • Consulting and support for departments in implementing requirements
  • CSRD reporting

What do you bring to the table?

  • Completed degree in business administration or a comparable education
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of the energy industry and sustainability (CSRD) is advantageous
  • Proficiency in German language, both written and spoken, at Goethe-Zertifikat C1 level required

In addition, you bring:

  • Strong ability to analyze complex topics and present them in an understandable manner
  • Quick comprehension and a careful, independent, structured, and resultsoriented work
