**Position Summary:**
Come join our awesome team at Wood Center This student job is responsible for providing services at the main desk and the games area at Wood Center. Services include, but are not limited to, campus information; lost and found services; recreational services (pool tables, ping pong and future home of eSports); campus switchboard; ticket sales for campus and community events, and sales of a variety of sundries.

Services include, but are not limited to, campus information; lost and found services; recreational (pool tables, ping pong and video games) services; campus switchboard; ticket sales for campus and community events, and sales of a variety of sundries. Essential **Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:**
Reading, writing, speaking, customer service skills.
**Required Experience:**
Preferred experience: working in an office setting, cash handling and customer service.
**Typical Education or Training:**
None required.

This is a Student Assistant B; minimum starting pay $12.00 hourly
Applicants must be enrolled as UAF students taking a minimum of 6 credits per semester with a minimum GPA of 2.0 or a newly enrolled student.

This is a pooled position, which means that the position remains open over the entire academic year and students may apply for the position all year. When the department needs to fill a position, they review the current pool and call students for interviews. Students who were not hired for one position still remain in the pool for other positions.
