Customer Service Representative needed for immediate full-time work with a well-respected, well-established, property tax reduction company located in Plainview, Nassau County that has been in business since 1990.
Position
This is a customer service position with
heavy phone volume. Must be able to communicate with clients on daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Answer heavy volume of telephone calls.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant phone manner.
- Data Entry.
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Assist in daily office operations.
Qualifications:
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Well developed communication skills
- Demonstrated professional appearance and manner
- Some knowledge of Real Estate is helpful
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Two years of prior customer service support
- A quick learner that is energetic and assertive
- Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize in a demanding deadlinedriven environment
- Valid Driver's License
- College degree a plus
- Multiple languages a plus
Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year
