Overview:
Duties:
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas
- Prepare surfaces by removing old flooring, leveling subfloors, and repairing any damage
- Install flooring materials such as carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile
- Use power tools and equipment to remove and install flooring
- Ensure proper alignment and positioning of flooring materials
- Trim and finish edges of flooring materials for a clean and professional look
- Clean up work area and dispose of debris properly
Experience:
- Previous experience in Residential and Commercial Painting required
- Previous experience in flooring installation is required
- Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and installation techniques
- Familiarity with remodeling and restoration projects
- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment related to flooring installation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or floor plans
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during installation

Pay:
