Hittle has a great culture We are looking for a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader. Crew Leaders are responsible for managing the Safety, Quality, Time & Cost of their crew.

They are responsible for ensuring the quality, timeliness and efficiency of mowing, trimming, pruning and clean-up of commercial and residential clients.

Responsibilities- Supervise crew for commercial and residential installation and/or maintenance services- Management of equipment and safety- Training and continuous improvement- Deliver quality products and services on time and within budget


Qualifications- Humble - Hungry - Smart- We are a drug free company, and all employees must pass a background check- Excellent supervisory and customer service skills.- Minimum of 2 years' experience in our field.- Demonstrated organization and leadership abilities.- Valid driver's license with proven, safe driving record (required) - will be responsible for a truck with a trailer- Willingness to work overtime
