Whether as a Commis, Demi Chef or Chef de Partie: We are looking for you to support us in our fantastic themed restaurants in Perdido Beach. If you no longer want to work in the evening service, we offer an incredible range of working time models and job opportunities with our production and breakfast kitchen as well as our employee restaurants. Your responsibilities

As an experienced cook (m|w|d), you independently lead your station in one of our restaurant kitchens and prepare typical dishes from different countries, according to the hotel's theme. You also ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and our quality standards. In addition, you are responsible for training new colleagues and instructing and developing apprentices.
As a career starter, you support our experienced chefs at their stations with all tasks in our international buffet and à la carte kitchens. You will be continuously supported both personally and professionally.
In our 13 themed restaurants, ranging from casual dining to upscale cuisine, we offer you an incredible culinary variety where you can develop and realize yourself as a cook.
