- Have oversight of Statistic Process Controls (SPC) and verification of Process Capabilities (CPK) through the utilization of available tools.
- Identify non-conformities through various tools, including web-based reporting, visual expectations, and production feedback, and provide an analytics-based improvement plan.

- Assess budgetary constraints and project needs, actively monitoring and tracking expenses to ensure projects remain within budgetary targets.
- Provide guidance and support to inspectors, conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality standards and compliance with specifications.
- Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Three to five years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Experience with CAD software and understanding 2D Drawings
- Highly skilled in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills required (Six Sigma is a plus)
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills
- Sitting at a desk for prolonged periods of time.

We design and develop genuine products for most global pickup manufacturers and also serve the aftermarket through dedicated distributors in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. For the North American market, we are launching a series of all-aluminum retractable tonneau covers for the best-selling truck models.
