As a personnel consultant, we are looking for a (sole) managing director for our renowned and successful client - a leading manufacturer of aluminum vehicle windows for road, rail and water vehicles (with 1 factory in Germany and Turkey) as well as a glass trading company for various applications, which can refer to internationally renowned references and customer relationships - in a trusting cooperation with exclusive commissioning, as soon as possible (succession planning). The current managing director is available for training. After that, your contact persons will be the advisory board/shareholder circle. We are looking for a strong leader, a goal- and hands-on-oriented manager, doer and strategist all in one, who will ensure and expand the company's success in the entire range of commercial, technical and sales tasks. The company's headquarters are located in the Düsseldorf - Mönchengladbach axis. A mandatory requirement for the position is a place of residence within daily commuting distance or a relocation.
