Your tasks:
- In this versatile and interesting area of responsibility, you will be responsible for planning and designing energy generation systems on ships and in the maritime industry.
- Your main area of responsibility will be energy generation and distribution.
- You will create specifications for main switchboards and energy distribution systems.
- You will provide support in the creation of energy generation concepts.
- You will be responsible for evaluating and coordinating electrical designs from suppliers and engineering offices.
- You will participate in negotiations with suppliers of electrical components, evaluate offers, and provide decision recommendations.
- Close coordination with other departments (mechanical engineering, equipment, furnishings, etc.) is very important for all of these tasks.
Qualifications / Requirements
- You have a successful degree in an engineering field (preferably electrical engineering) or a comparable degree with professional experience.
- Experience in the above-mentioned field of responsibility is desirable.
- Extensive knowledge in the field of energy generation systems and energy distribution is advantageous.
- Knowledge in shipbuilding or the maritime industry is desirable.
- Flexibility, creativity, team spirit, and
- good English skills in spoken and written form complete your profile.
- Reliability and a confident appearance are important for this area of responsibility.
