In light of the growth of the DOMICIL corporate group, we are currently seeking your support for the Central region at Unity Village, MO.

Regional Manager (Central) Construction and Building Technology
Full-time***
Your responsibilities:
  • Ensuring operational responsibility and availability of facilities
  • Identifying measures to reduce costs and maintain the value of the facilities
  • Monitoring established processes for compliance and effectiveness
  • Implementing and monitoring accident prevention regulations
  • Conducting object inspections and tours as directed
  • Taking on additional tasks as directed and/or necessary

Your qualifications:


  • Successfully completed training in a technical or trade profession
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a technical facility manager, team leader, foreman, or master craftsman
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety and fire protection is an advantage
  • Proficient in PC skills, particularly Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Fluent in written and spoken German
  • Strong business acumen and numerical understanding
  • Driver's license class B or
