Here, the smart data capabilities of the cooperative financial group are bundled into a powerful unit. Our goal is to enable our affiliated banks to tap into customer and revenue potential through data-driven and tailored communication. To achieve this, we develop IT tools such as our Impulse Manager/Next Best Action and Smart Data Affinity Models. Your responsibilities:


  • You advise the management on legal and regulatory issues, particularly in data protection, commercial, and contract law.
  • In coordination with the respective department, you are responsible for the legal assessment of smart data models and new features of the software tool for datadriven sales, the socalled Impulse Manager of the Next Best Action Engine.
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape and are able to identify trends and developments in case law. This helps with the strategic development of the new company and provides important input for data governance.
  • You are the first point of contact for compliancerelated questions and work closely with the data protection, information security, and internal audit officers.
  • You also exchange information with legal experts in the cooperative financial group.
