Required skills and experience:
Proven
track
record
managing
high performing
team

of solutions architects
, sales engineers, subject matter experts,
or
similar customer
facing
technical
teams
Experience leading a globally dispersed customer-facing organization of significant size.
Experience building out both an enterprise, high touch, technical sales
motion
AND an approach to reach
dow
n market
customers and support our
sellers
covering customers with less than 5,000 employees.
Demonstrated past results and success balancing strategic transformation initiatives and achieving ne
ar-term results.
Ability to travel for work as needed (up to 50%).
*Annual Salary Guidelines:
$220,000 - $250,000
