- Prepare surfaces for painting by sandblasting and pressure washing, ensuring proper adhesion of coatings
- Apply coatings, including paint, using various techniques such as brushing, rolling, and spraying
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate project timelines and requirements
- Previous experience as a Painter, Sand blaster, or Pressure Washer in an industrial or commercial setting
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating application methods
- Ability to operate sandblasting equipment, pressure washing machines, and other tools and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
