As a Marketing Specialist, you will help develop marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.


The Opportunity

You will report to the Director of CRM and work with our team to manage campaign schedules to ensure project requirements and deliverables are communicated.

• Support in the creation and management of marketing campaigns
• Help complete A/B testing
• Manage campaign schedules and assets
• Conduct analysis of marketing performance to identify opportunities
• Our office is in Exeter, New Hampshire, with the Marketing Specialist position available for hybrid work from the following states: New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont_

• Manage print and digital promotions calendar
• Create customized forecasts from sales data
• Identify opportunities for campaign optimization

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related field
• 2 years relevant experience in retail marketing
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
