      • AAA Travel Sales Associates play a critical role in supporting member sales and service, handling inquiries regarding various travel services like hotel, air, and car reservations.
      In addition, responsibilities for AAA Sales Associates in the Travel Contact Center include:
      • Assisting members and clients via telephone, email, and web chat for Air, Car, Rail & Hotel bookings with a focus on Diamond Elite and Preferred vendor offerings.
      • Guiding members on domestic hotel and car reservations.
      • Operating airline reservation and ticketing systems efficiently.
      • Delivering top-notch customer service to meet or exceed designated production targets.
      Requirements for a AAA Travel Sales Associate:
      • This is a remote position, candidates must reside within the territory of Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington, DC, or West Virginia.
      • Minimum of 1 year in Retail Sales and/or Travel industry.
      • Previous experience with Invoicing.
      • Ability to work one weekend day weekly on a consistent schedule.
      • In-depth knowledge of global geography.
        • Work Schedules: 1st shift with weekend coverage and reduced hours.
        Training: Monday - Friday (9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST) for the initial 5 weeks. Work schedule to follow training completion. Training is paid, and all necessary computer equipment is provided by AAA Club Alliance.
