Event Salesperson
Project Coordinator
Event Manager (m/f/d)

From small events to large international conferences - since 1993, we have been planning and organizing over 400 training courses and conferences for medical professionals, doctors, and professors with various topics throughout Germany.

As a project manager, you will independently plan complete conferences in person and online. You will be responsible for the entire organization, including pre- and post-event preparations. You will coordinate the event flow, the content of the daily program, and handle speaker recruitment. You enjoy communication and interacting with people and look forward to a diverse office routine in a great team.

Your responsibilities:

• Planning, execution, and follow-up of events (e.g. conferences, workshops)
• Budget planning and responsibility for your own events and department
• Supporting speakers and scientific directors
• Location search and coordination of catering
• Contract and billing handling, as well as monitoring CME certification processes

Your profile:

• Appropriate vocational training and a high level of service orientation
• Confident and convincing communication skills, both written and on the phone
