Super must be able to:
- Maintain commercial building
- Pickup trash
- Clean
- Paint
- Install sheetrock and spackle
- Know how to use tools
- Available incase of emergency
- Have good customer service skills and be able to work well with others
Monday to Wednesday - 8am-5pm/ 1 hour break
Thursday and Friday - 8am -6pm/1hour break
Pay:
$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Construction: 2 years (preferred)
