    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage Accounting and Treasury Operations: Lead the day-to-day activities of the accounting and treasury team, making sure everything runs smoothly and in compliance with regulations.
    • Ensure Timely Close: Meet the deadlines for monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
    • Establish and Enforce Accounting Methods: Develop and maintain accounting practices to guarantee financial integrity.
    • Internal Controls: Implement internal controls, interact with auditors, and ensure compliance with procedures.
    • Support Accounting ERP System: Aid in managing the accounting ERP system to maintain efficient financial processes.
    • Assist with Audits: Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary information for audits, ensuring financial accuracy.
    • Supervise and Train Staff: Mentor and oversee staff accountants, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
    • Additional Responsibilities: Be flexible and ready to take on new tasks assigned by management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business
    • Five years or more of related experience
    • Bilingual (Korean and English) Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
    • Strong analytical skills
