- Client's age range 36 to 50 years old
- Current knowledge of the student Intermediate
- Class objectives Improve control, increase power, have fun
- Preferred location for classes Sports complex or gym
- How many hours per week are requested? 1 hour
- When do you need to start the classes? In the next few days
- Preferred training schedule Late afternoon (6:00 PM - 9:00 PM), evening (9:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
- Preferred day(s) of the week for training Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
