Job summary

We are seeking a Business Development Engineer to support new defense program development with a primary focus on working with U.S Prime Contractors.
This is an individual contributor role focused on upstream engagement—supporting program shaping requirements alignment and solution integration prior to formal contract awards.
  • Support identification and development of new DoD programs aligned to test and ATE requirements
  • Assist in early capture activities including pre-RFP and pre-budget engagement
  • Support shaping of technical and support solution requirements prior to solicitation
