- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and timekeeping using systems such as ADP WorkForce Now, PROCAS, and MS Office.
- Collaborate with Leadership to implement policies, programs, and innovative solutions.
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop effective solutions, programs, and policies.
- Stay abreast of evolving legal requirements, ensuring day-to-day HR management compliance (e.g., I9, Affirmative Action Program, EEO, and ACA Compliance).
- Work closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention.
- Maintain awareness of cultural considerations and implications.
- Conduct new hire orientations and exit interviews.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in human resources, with a strong preference for expertise in Talent Management, Employee Relations, Affirmative Action/EEO Compliance, and HRIS administration. Familiarity with ADP WorkForce Now is highly desired.
- Preferred certification: SHRM-CP/PHR.
- Proven self-starter with excellent verbal and communication skills and strong conflict management abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and handle conflicting priorities.
