    Human Resources (HR) Generalist
    Vienna/Tysons Corner
    Full Time

    We are seeking a HR Generalist to align organizational objectives with the needs of our client's diverse workforce across various business units. You will champion employee concerns, assess HR needs, and collaborate with leadership to deliver value-added services that align with the organization's goals.

    Responsibilities and Tasks
    • Administer employee benefits, payroll, and timekeeping using systems such as ADP WorkForce Now, PROCAS, and MS Office.
    • Collaborate with Leadership to implement policies, programs, and innovative solutions.
    • Analyze trends and metrics to develop effective solutions, programs, and policies.
    • Stay abreast of evolving legal requirements, ensuring day-to-day HR management compliance (e.g., I9, Affirmative Action Program, EEO, and ACA Compliance).
    • Work closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention.
    • Maintain awareness of cultural considerations and implications.
    • Conduct new hire orientations and exit interviews.
    • Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
    • 3-5 years of professional experience in human resources, with a strong preference for expertise in Talent Management, Employee Relations, Affirmative Action/EEO Compliance, and HRIS administration. Familiarity with ADP WorkForce Now is highly desired.
    • Preferred certification: SHRM-CP/PHR.
    • Proven self-starter with excellent verbal and communication skills and strong conflict management abilities.
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and handle conflicting priorities.
