We are seeking a qualified and motivated Staff Development Nurse (RN) to join our Nurse Leadership Team.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the facility education program for nursing assistants in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
  • Evaluate resident and staff needs and plan appropriate inservices to meet these needs.
  • Implement facility policies and procedures related to nursing assistant education.
  • Complete and organize all documentation required for the facility education program.

Qualifications:


  • NJ RN Licensure
  • Minimum 2 year LTC experience preferred
  • Staff Development experience preferred

Pay:
From $85,000.00 per year
