As a company that focuses on the development of people, at Harcoza we really focus on the development of people. We recognized that when a lot our team members, including our CEO, were met with the same questions from companies: where is your 2 to 5 years of work experience?"

Whether it's being involved in college athletics or university clubs, a lot of our team had commitments throughout the school year that would conflict with that amount of experience.

SO, that's why our company was founded; to provide an opportunity to those who wanted an opportunity to learn transferrable skills but was predicated solely on one key thing: WHO ARE THEY AS A HUMAN BEING?

As a result, our team and organization has been able to grow and thrive over the past few years and we are looking to continue to do that with PASSIONATE, DISCIPLINED and EMPATHETIC individuals.

What our team members do on a daily basis:

Connections and Sales: We represent Fortune 500 companies and are provided the opportunity to do business on their behalf; we acquire new customers with an approach that focuses on relationship building first in the comfort of their own home
Daily Team Meetings: Our team appreciates have clear outlines and training for their days and weeks ahead, so we connect daily to outline the day and the week
Optional Team Outings: As work represents a significant amount of time of what we do, we take pride in working with people that we enjoy spending time with and can invest time into after work hours

What we are looking for in our candidates:

Challenge and Growth: Sales is an incubator for success because it teaches individuals so many things, mainly about themselves, and people have to WANT to get outside their comfort zone
Communication and Personable: Not all of our team members come in with the natural skills to communicate, however we notice that individuals that want to better themselves and have these skills, thrive and do well in the role
Integrity: Our clients want us to grow and we can only do that with the right people, that will do the correct thing even when no one is looking
