At three locations in Germany, we produce well-known brand products such as Prinzen Rolle, Griesson Soft Cake, LEICHT&CROSS, and many other delicious cookies and snacks - also as private label products.

Your role with us is mouth-watering: Managing a production area with cost responsibility and strategic development based on the plant development strategy Leading projects and task forces to quickly correct any deviations from goals Identifying optimization needs and initiating, leading, and implementing improvement projects Coaching middle and lower management Constructive and cooperative collaboration with interfaces Coordination of plant utilization in cooperation with production planning Your ingredient list: Completed studies with a focus on food technology, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience At least 8 years of experience in food production according to IFS/BRC Several years of experience in implementing and applying continuous improvement processes (KVP) Experience in managing and supervising employees Good
