• Manage and direct development of comprehensive and complex sales programs.
• Analyze assess the performance of customer programs and prepare recommendations for changes and present same to management.
• Receive, assess and manage customer open purchase order report per guidelines.
• Research, analyze, and evaluate new service delivery methods and techniques for various assigned work activities.
• Analyze problems, identify alternative solutions and implement recommendations in support of program management goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement technical plans, papers, reports and specifications.

• Four years of increasingly responsible experience in the analysis of sales program financial and work related data and management of supporting databases containing customer, contractor and supplier information on behalf of an operations unit in support of the companies general sales effort.
• Principles and practices of business process and system analysis.
• Principles and practices of research and report preparation.
• Principles and practices used in sales and Operations program management.
• Principles and practices used for general inventory management.
• Office procedures, methods, and equipment including computers, printers and other miscellaneous office equipment.
• Principles and procedures of record keeping and filing.
• Principles and practices used in establishing and maintaining files and information retrieval systems.
• Principles of business letter writing and basic and complex report preparation.
