As Head of Product at Cyngn you will lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers to extend Cyngn's Enterprise Autonomy Suite in ways that help customers succeed in their automation journey.
You will lead product strategy, planning, and prioritization, partner with Engineering and Design colleagues through discovery and execution, and support our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Through your efforts, you will help rally the organization around the product strategy and help focus the teams' development efforts to both satisfy customer needs and meet the business objectives.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.Demonstrated experience as an individual contributor product manager responsible for value and viability of solutions, preferably of a product line that includes both software and hardware.
Expertise in leveraging product discovery practices to understand target customers, their needs, and the key problems your product solves.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in product management with at least 3 years at a senior leadership level.
